Kids Valerie Dress (from The Freckled Pear)

Your little one can wear to a birthday party, special event, or in a hardy fabric, to play at the park. The Valerie Dress has a lined bodice and invisible zip can be adjusted with some customisations  through initial consultation, including… sleeve length (3/4, short, sleeveless or drop shoulder sleeve), skirt length and design options such as  Peter Pan collar, pockets, piping at the waistline, or a homemade fabric bow - see final picture.

Price is from AU$80.00 AUD which includes initial consultation, dress construction, fitting if needed and one set of alterations.

Additional alterations will incur extra costs, as will particularly tricky customisations and/or fabric choices, please note the Alterations item

Fabric requirements: between 1.5m-2.5m for 145cm+ width fabric or 2-3m for 112cm+ width fabric.

Notions: matching thread, plus 30-46cm invisible zip and decorative buttons (if preferred).

Suggested fabrics: linen, cotton linen, cotton sateen, heavy knit, or low stretch jersey knit, four way stretch jerseys, knits preferably in cotton or bamboo, cotton duck, corduroy, choose the weight of your fabric to suit any time of year.

Size range: US kids sizing 2-8, further size adjustments are possible.
